Parmentier Builders Inc. is a family owned and operated construction business that specializes in quality custom homes, small commercial office buildings, multi-unit buildings, and remodeling. Our business has been proudly serving Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois with custom construction and design since 1917. Parmentier Builders, Inc. is owned by Dave Parmentier and his wife, Janet. Dave is a third generation professional building contractor and custom home designer who has been serving customers for over 50 years. They are also joined by their three sons: David, Tom, and Brian.
